How to use your online rota
- It is a spreadsheet.
- You will need to navigate to the right year using the dates in the bottom left hand corner. We now have pages for 2012, 2013 and 2014.
- On the 2014 page, select the dates that you want to volunteer.
- A drop-down list of names of volunteers will present itself.
- Select yourself and hit on your name.
- It will save your name against that date automatically.
- Your info can now be seen by all other angels.
- Make sure you are putting yourself in to a space that has an equal spread of genders. We do not go out in all male or all female teams.
